Soup Week - Lemony Chicken Noodle Soup with Ginger, Cile & Cilantro

I needed a good chicken soup that would help open up my sinuses and get rid of this darn cold.  This soup hit the spot.  I am such a whimp when it comes to heat that I didn't add the chiles and opted for adding a bit of cayenne instead to help me control the heat.  I loved the garnish of the cilantro, lemon and ginger and the amount of spice I added was just perfect.  Yum, yum!

What’s simmering away in your pot? This week, we’re challenging you to get creative with our favorite winter meal: Soup.
