Mushroom "Cappucino" Soup

An earthy mushroom soup that is ladled into a cappuccino cup or a mug and topped with foam and a little unsweetened cocoa is a whimsical and surprising starter that will have everyone guessing - is it dinner or is it dessert?

Pielove writes: This soup looks great-- it reminds me of something I had at Tru, here in Chicago. Just don't serve it to someone who is half-awake at breakfast time-- it could be a nasty AM surprise.
