Soup Week: Amalfi-style shrimp soup

By liamsaunt, member

March 1st, 2011

This is based on a fish soup recipe from Mario Batali.  Lots of red pepper flakes, white wine, tomatoes, tomato sauce that I had already made in the fridge, onion, garlic, and shrimp cooked up to a spicy and tasty soup in about 30 minutes.  I bet having all the different fishes would have made it even better, but this was not too shabby for a Tuesday night.

Recipe Used: Fish Soup from Amalfi
