She calls her Nutella Maple Syrup spectacular and possibly the best sauce ever. Sounds right to me.
If there are sexier pancakes on the web, I havent found them yet.

Earlier this week, Denise linked up an awesome Granola-Raisin Pancake recipe she found on Food in Jars, one of our all-time favorite blogs. And, as it should have, the post got me in a pancake mood (this past Tuesday was Shrove Tuesday, a.k.a. Pancake Day, after all.) But, since it was also Mardi Gras, I’d already had my heart set on a chicken jambalaya for dinner. Plus, pancakes make getting up early on a Saturday so worth it.

To celebrate Pancake Day this weekend (I know, Shrove Tuesday is a pre-Lent thing, but I’m pretty sure God doesn’t want me to give up sweets since Girl Scout cookies also landed on my doorstep this week), I’m making what I think could be the most indulgent pancakes on the web, courtesy of the evil shenanigans blog. Ms. Shenanigans made them for Valentine’s Day this year—they’re that special—but I’m making them because it’s Saturday and there's just no better pancakes to celebrate Pancake (Satur)Day than these.
