Seafood soup thcan be cooked easily in less than 30 minutes! Feel free to add mushrooms, green peas, carrots, and corn :).
4 glasses boiled water
1 chopped onion
1/2 kilo of mixed seafood (fish, shrimp, crab, calamari, clams, fish)
chopped parsley and coriander
3 chopped garlic cloves
salt, pepper, cumin
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup cream (whipped cream)
2 small pieces of musk
In small pan or casserole on high heat add:
Heat the oil then add to it the onion and garlic cook till golden.
Add the seafood and mix well till shimmering. Sprinkle the parsley and coriander plus salt, a little pepper and drop the musk; also add the cumin.
Add some water till the seafood is covered, lower the heat and leave it to cook for 5 minutes uncovered, then add more water. Cook on low heat covered for 10 minutes. Then uncover and add the lemon juice, taste it to make sure that the salt is fine, and that seafood is cooked well, then add the sour cream or whipped cream, stir in for 1 minute then cover and remove from heat.
Serve and sprinkle coriander or parsley on it.
