3 cups (lightly packed) baby spinach
3 cups (lightly packed) torn green leaf lettuce leaves
2 medium carrots, peeled and julienned or shredded
3/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
1 medium avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into thin wedges
3 oz. feta, crumbled
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
1/3 cup dried cranberries, soaked in hot water 10 minuts to plump
2 cups homemade or store-bought croutons
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette (Get the Recipe)

In a large bowl, combine the baby spinach and green leaf lettuce and shredded carrots, sliced radishes, and sliced avocado. Add 1/4 cup of the dressing, season with salt and pepper, and toss well. Taste the greens, and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or dressing as needed (you may not need all of the dressing).

Divide the salad between four salad plates. Scatter the crumbled feta and pecans, dried cranberries, and croutons evenly over all four salads.
