Spaghetti alla Lucana

Inspired by a local Italian restaurant's special menu featuring the food and wine from the Basilicata region of Italy, I made this Spaghetti alla Lucana from the region, spaghetti, clams, garlic, roasted red and yellow bell peppers, in a wine reduction.  See more photos of the food from the region, and this recipe, adapted from Il Fornaio's Pasta Book, at There's a Newf in My Soup!
