Crispy Braised Chicken Thighs, with Olives, Lemon and Fennel, from Thomas Keller's Ad Hoc at Home.  The flavors meld beautifully together with the help of quite a bit of chicken fat, but sometimes you just need to close your eyes and enjoy without worrying too much about the fat grams ;-)
