Maui-Style Snapper Tacos, from Mark Miller's Tacos. Grilled snapper, grilled habanero pineapple, blackened tomatillo, Roma tomato and chile de arbol salsa, and cool lettuce and avocado, on a warm corn tortilla - can't get much better for a summer evening!
