Whole chicken or cut into 4 just marinate spread vegetables around it in an oven dish cover and let it cook for 30 minutes :)

4 spoons pomegranate molasses
4 spoons lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano or thyme
2 spoons olive oil
4 spoons tomato paste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix
olive oil+ pomegranate+ salt+ pepper+ lime juice+ tomato paste+ oregano mix well till paste is blended.
marinate the chicken with it, stab the chicken thighs with a think knife and the breast cover with the paste.
throw in the oven dish potato, carrot, zucchini onions...as you like.
cover with aluminum foil,
heat the over to 180 degrees
and leave covered to cook for 30 minutes.
