Got Thanksgiving questions to ask or tips to share? Then join the staff of Fine Cooking Friday, November 18 from 3:30 – 4:30 EST for our annual Turkey Tweet Up. We’ll be passing the virtual Thanksgiving sides and dishing about everything from how to roast the perfect turkey to how to bake the ultimate Southern Pecan Pie (who does it better than David Guas?). We’ll also share our best make-ahead secrets and suggestions for which wines to drink with your bird (or vegetarian showstopper).

Of course, there’ll be giveaways for random tweets. Who could use the 2011 Archive DVD? How about one of our newest special issues: Appetizers; Pies, Crisps & Cobblers; or Holiday Baking? Join us!
