Cranberry White Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients;

2 cups All Purpose Flour, Shifted

1 1/2 cup Sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon Salt

1 1/4 stick Butter

 

6 tablespoons Jellied Cranberry Sauce

2/3 cup White chocolate chip  

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, cream butter and add sugar. Mix well until fluffy. Add jellied cranberry sauce and white chocolate chip. Mix well. Then add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until thoroughly blended. Dived the dough into two and shape each into a long rope and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the dough into 1/8 inch slices. Place dough on the parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
