This pasta was prepared as a quick lunch requested by my family,
1 medium carrots - julienne
1 onions - diced
3 clove garlic - crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium zucchini - julienne
1 medium red bell pepper -julienne
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
salt and pepper to taste
1. cook spaghetti according to package instructions,drain and put aside.
2. stew garlic and ginger in olive oil until lightly brown
3. put in zucchini, carrots and bell peppers
4. put in spaghetti, add in salt and pepper and mix all together then fry until well blended.
