This aromatic, milled, medium-grain rice from Bangladesh isnown as the “prince of rice” for its delicate, deliciously nutty flavor.

Its tiny, needle-shaped grains remain separate and fluffy when cooked into a pilaf and produce a rich, luscious rice pudding when cooked in milk.
