what is it?
Made from evaporating apple juice, apple juice concentrate contains the sugars and flavor of juice without the extra water. It is an economical product for juice manufacturers to ship, because concentration reduces packaging volume and avoids spoilage. There are two types of apple juice concentrate: clear, in which the pectin and starch of the juice were removed during concentration, and cloudy, in which they were not.
