Whenever you make hummus or other dips using a food processor, inevitably, a lot of the puree ends up stuck on the food processor's blades. You could spend time painstakingly scraping the blade clean, but there's a better way.

It still involves a little scraping, but it's much easier to scrape a bowl clean than it is try to get every last bit from the curves and edges of a food processor's blade.
