Win a Cook on Clay Casserole

By Robyn Doyon-Aitken, Web producer

April 17th, 2014

The kitchen of Deborah Madison (one of our favorite cookbook authors and Fine Cooking contributors) celebrates its Southwestern locale in its architecture and décor. Now, cookware isn't exactly décor, but as you can see in the photo, Deborah's Cook on Clay casserole is gorgeous enough to keep out all the time.

Behind the Kitchen Door: Get a tour of Deborah's kitchen.

Add a little Southwestern flavor to your kitchen. Enter to win a Cook on Clay casserole like the one Deborah uses by leaving a comment below.  I'll pick a comment at random on Monday, June 30, and email the winner. Good luck!

The clay cooker would add to any choice of kitchen decor and should be a healthy alternative. Would love to try it myself.

The Savory Way was one of my first cookbooks and I found the recipes to be a real revelation. I adore the lentils in red wine, and the potato and kale gratin.
