Well, the photo's not very crisp, but we enjoyed the soup. I love cheese soups. Usually they are very thick and heavy. This one felt a lot lighter, while still tasting like the cheese. I love cauli, too. I am so glad the recipe added some pieces back for texture. I will make it again.
