Unfortunately, this is a lousy photo for a fabulous dish. It'd be great with chicken, pork, beef... And, it's really easy to make. Perfect for a dinner party because all of the ingredients can be prepped in advance and the actual hands-on cooking time is minimal.

Also, it seems like many of the best dishes in this issue don't photograph well-- the stuffed poblanos I made look pretty repugnant, and most of the postings of the broccolini with kalamata sauce look bad too.
