Real Chocolate Mousse

Real Chocolate Mousse

This was the easiest chocolate mousse I ever made, the flavor was rich and it had a nice creamy, satisfying texture. I served it at room temperature and topped with whipped cream, because we just cannot have chocolate mousse without whipped cream, just for a little garnish, topped it with some beautiful 100% chocolate jimmies (New Englander's term for sprinkles). Used bittersweet chocolate, perfect!!!!!!!!!!!
