Loved this cake. Absolutely delicious. It's not one of those spectacular desserts that everyone ooohs and aaahs over. It's homey and understated. But the spices are subtle and just right. It's moist. It's got oil, vanilla and grated butternut squash in it. The only change I made was to use grapeseed oil instead of canola. And it made a little too much glaze.
My husband had two pieces and told me it's something he definitely wants me to make again.
