I will start by saying that I never eat mayo on sandwiches or burgers. I do like it when used sparingly in salads or tartar sauce. I was pleased that the sundried tomatoes and ketchup effectively changed the taste of the mayo enough for me.

I love dill pickles, so the that cabbage/pickle combo was a great addition. I used my George Forman to get the grill marks. It worked great!
