Pan-Seared Skirt Steak with Warm Radish & Red Onion Pickle


We don't eat a lot of beef, and when we do it's usually a pepper-crusted filet. So this was something different for us. Love it. Easy to make, although it needs time (2 hours to overnight) to marinate. I loved this entire menu.
