Creamy White Bean and Herb Dip
comments (2) February 3rd, 2009 in GalleryI was hosting my book group - food-loving ladies they are - so decided to try the bean dip on them. It was very easy to prepare. The taste at first was a little bland, but as the evening wore on the taste definitely developed and was richer. Next time I would definitely make it a day ahead. I would also like to try it with a clove of garlic added or a little more lemon for more zing. Great with a nice crusty baguette.
