"The best - must be Mac&Cheese" Grits.
This recipe did take awhile to put together and dirtied quite a few dishes as well. However, mMy 5 year old who selected the recipe said, "You are the best chef ever, better than any restaurant that we have been to." He said it was like the best Mac&Cheese. So it rated high on his list. My husband and I also enjoyed it. We paired it with broiled salmon and sauteed escarole. Great meal! I saw my husband sneaking some out of the fridge later in the evening. He said it was even very good cold.
