Jerk pork

This dish came together easily, cooked perfectly, and had great flavor, combining so many of my favorite tastes-- garlic, ginger, scallions, lime.  The allspice added an interesting note on top.  We omitted the habanero in consideration of the 4-year-old palate, but I bet it would have been really good.  Everyone in the family gave this recipe the "thumb's up."
