Blood Orange & Mango Sorbet

The blood oranges give this sorbet such a pretty color, and the flavors of the mango and blood oranges mingle exotically. I would leave out the zest next time though, because the little pieces of zest interrupt the smoothness of the sorbet and lend it a slightly bitter taste.
