Cook The Issue #97

fresh pasta with sausage and mushrooms

This is technically my last recipe included in the list of contest recipes. Although, I might make a couple more soups.

I had to substitute pork Italian sausage because it was all the store had. I am glad to end on such a fine note. I have issues with mushrooms in several recipes. Luckily, this one is very reminisant of pizza. I loved it, I ate a couple of plates of it. The rosemary was great in it, an obviously good pair for the sausage. I am a big believer in fresh pasta. I bought it today because tomorrow I  am making spinach lasagna noodles for lasagna Bolognese.
