Pan-Seared Skirt Steak with Warm Radish and Red Onion Pickle

Star of the show at Super Bowl party. I brought the entire meal from the Any Night's All Right article and got rave reviews from everything. Everyone thought the combination of dishes was outstanding. My friend did not have a pan big enough to cook the steak, so we threw it on the grill, it came out excellent. Really big flavor from the marinade. I loved the red onion pickle, would make that again too. This was great left over too.
