Yum, yum, yum, yum...(can be sung to that song from the old cat food commercial "meow, meow, meow, meow") This hit the spot for me, and my husband thought it was great too. The sweet, salty, sour, crunchy, melty, buttery combo...phew!  Let me just say it was something I'll probably make again. I also added some leftover gammon bacon and it was a perfect addition. I don't think I bought enough turkey so next time I'll double the amount. I think my charcuterie guy sliced it too thin maybe. My husband commented that after this and the pulled pork sandwich, he's really into this cabbage in sandwiches thing.
