Ham and Cheese Croissants

I actually used prosciutto and cheddar. I probably should have use ham because I thought these too rich. As I have stated on the other croissant recipes, I probably will not make these again. It was fun to try it and it was actually kind of exciting to have them turn out so nicely, but it is difficult for me to find the time to make a recipe that requires three days.
