We enjoyed making this cake. My 5 year old son helped with the cake and then with the icing. As you can tell he took charge of the decorating (with a little convincing that gummy worms and miniature reeses probably didn't need to be added)! We kept the recipe intact and used the raisins which he thought was hilarious -carrots and raisins in cake!. Everyone liked the cake, perfectly spices and the icing was excellent. We did three layers on the inside instead of 2 or four. I think if I had done four layers I wouldn't have had enough icing on the outside. Great recipe!
