I don't know if a simple sandwich counts, but it is mini. Also, I did cook my own corned beef for this! Anyway, with kids, mini is the thing-- not only does my daughter love food that is 'her size', but it is also the right portion size for her. It's a good portion size for mommy too-- just the right amount of rich, salty corned beef, to be supplemented by a big salad or soup. Anyone got a good recipe for a creamy vegetable soup? (Just kidding!) Looking at the photo, I realize I should have put in a ruler for scale-- the sandwich is really only a couple of inches across, although it looks gargantuan in close-up!
