Mini pulled pork flatbread pizzas

For these mini flatbread pizzas, I put together the delicious flatbread recipe from the Fine Cooking Issue #93 and the Slow Roasted Pulled Pork from Fine Cooking Issue #97. On top of the pulled pork are sauteed poblano peppers, zucchini, squash, and tomatoes, topped with feta cheese and cilantro. All in all, it made for a delicious combination.
