I would love to have this equipment to make my holiday desserts this year. My mixer has seen better days and I would love to have the larger size for my breads and desserts. I have always wanted one of these French rolling pins with rings.

I like to throw extra bunches of the herbs onto the coals or lay the food on a bed of the herb bunches when grilling. I also like to use my herb vinegars as part of the marinade.
My very favorite dessert is Tiramisu, with savoiardi, dipped in expresso and sweet marsala with a marscapone cream filling and premium chocolate shavings.
