Re:Green Cabbage-Apple-Fennel Salad

I love all of these ingredients so expected it to be a winner, HOWEVER, all I could taste in the dressing was lemon. I may have used too much lemon zest, but to correct I had to add a lot more honey Dijon as well as pure honey. So I would recommend using less zest and just taste as you go. I also added braised chicken. I thought it was lovely. I will probably tinker with the dressing recipe but will definitely make again.

Re:Tea-Smoked Chicken Salad with Coriander and Pickled Red Onions

We really enjoyed this but found that the Sriracha sauce overpowered the smoky taste of the chicken. Having said that, I did use cut tea (no full leaf available), and that may have made the difference. I would do this again and buy the better tea. The flavor of the chicken was great though, so serving it on the side would work too.

Re:Chicken Burgers with Red Cabbage and Apple Slaw

Excellent. My whole family loved these. I agree with the other reviewers, it looked way too wet and sloppy during preparation, but cooked up perfectly. I omitted the lime juice (allergies) but it still tasted great. Fast and easy and good year 'round.

Re:Jellied Cranberry-Orange Sauce

LOVED THIS. I omitted both the orange (husband doesn't like it) and the clove and it was excellent. It set up perfectly and had a wonderful bright fresh taste. My family loved it.

Re:Salmon, Lentil, and Rice Kedgeree

We thought this was fantastic. I read the reviews AFTER I cooked this, so next time I probably will try some of their suggestions. Even so, it was great cooked exactly as directed.

Re:Quick Tandoori Chicken Thighs

I thought this was excellent. I followed another reviewers suggestion and doubled the spices. I did marinate overnight. I tried both thighs (excellent) and a boneless and skinless breast (didn't like, too bland and tough). I would definitely make again. LOVED the Cabbage and Carrot stir fry and Mango Lassi Parfait.

Re:Korean Bibimbap with Sesame Chicken

We LOVED this recipe. I made it exactly as directed, including the sesame seeds and Thai chili paste. I saved braised chicken from the night before, and it was melt-in-your mouth tender. It is a very nice combination of flavors, beautiful in appearance, and light on the palate. I will absolutely make this again.

Re:Asian-Style Beef Barbecue in Lettuce Packages

I thought this was quite good. I fixed it exactly as directed. I think I would prefer to eat this on the plate with a knife and fork with the rice on the side, rather than trying to hold it (which was difficult). The meat was very good, and I liked the addition of mint and cilantro. It did have a nice, light feel to it. I would make this again, and perhaps add a little heat to the spices.

Re:Tuscan Peasant Soup with Rosemary & Pancetta

This is a lovely soup. I substituted Godshall's Turkey Bacon for the Pancetta (because I had it in stock) and dried Rosemary (again, had it in stock). I chose to use Cannellini beans. It is very fast to cook, and was very satisfying. I will definitely make this again! Thank you!

Re:Spice-Crusted Roast Pork Tenderloin

I made this for dinner tonight and I thought it was just wonderful. I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for posting!
