Re:Lemon-Sherry Vinaigrette

I keep going back time and time again to this marvelous dressing and again searched the site as I couldn't find my printout. A wonderful, subtle addition to any greens and I am always complimented on it. Thanks Susie Middleton.

Re:Cobb Salad with Fresh Herbs

I made this salad recently for a luncheon, only omitting the bacon (my daughter asks me if Fine Cooking can make "anything" without pancetta or bacon). I must compliment Susie Middleton for this wonderful salad. I wrapped the chicken in foil to transport it to my luncheon and sliced it instead of cubing it and it was so good I have now bookmarked this recipe to repeat over and over. Making it this weekend for the 4th of July.

Re:Six-Spice Braised Short Ribs

I have been dreaming of short ribs for days and happily just realized that I added this recipe to my favorites when I made it for guests almost two years ago. I can still remember the flavors and cannot wait until this weekend when I will make it for guests again. Yummy comfort food deluxe.

This cake is so good that I am making it today for the third time since I discovered the recipe here on the website. Soooo good. And blueberry season is here.

Re:Spicy Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Orange & Honey

I cannot make a sweet potato anymore without thinking of this recipe which I retrieved today again to make tonight with a roasted loin of pork. Yummy.

Re:Jumbo Cranberry Oatmeal Jumbles

These are now my "official" Thanksgiving cookie. A total success, and I might add that I usually do not like coconut or chocolate, but LOVED these cookies.

Re:Summer Vegetable Soup with Dill

Lovely refreshing soup. At first spoonful thought it might be too chunky, but it works. My almost-vegetarian daughter even approved and said yummy.

Re:Spiced Lentil Soup with Herbed Yogurt

Absolutely divine. Husband asked for the leftovers for lunch the next day, even though it is topped with yogurt (not one of his favorites). Have added to my favorites and will definitely repeat this recipe.

Re:Pistachio-Cranberry Biscotti Straws

Wow these are really delicious. Not too sweet like biscotti I've had before, and much easier to make then I expected.

Re:Slow-Roasted Prime Rib Recipe

This is definitely best prime rib ever. Made it twice already, the second time with entire menu. Will repeat many times in the future. Would love to see more recipes from Ms. Goin.
