It was the best linguine and clams that I have ever made. I did cut the recipe in half since there were only 2 of us.

Re:Cranberry-Almond Shortbread Tart

Made this for T-Day and it was a hit. I liked it because it was not to sweet. I also really liked the toasted almond flavor. I had no problems getting mine to work in the 9 1/2 inch tart pan. I will make this again. For those who like things sweeter maybe they should look at the recipe for "Cranberry Streusel Shortbread Bars" by fine cooking.

I really liked that the nuts had a nice crunch and green beans were soft and not crunchy.

Re:Steamed Pork Buns

Made these for dinner tonight and they are excellent! Can not wait to make them again. If you follow the recipe for making the bbq pork,it makes 2 to 3 times more than you need to make the buns. Since we have a lot of meat leftover we may be eating this again in a day or two.
