Did anyone proof read this book?!! The recipes have gross errors. The corn bread recipe asks for double the amount of flour and cornmeal. How can you ask $50 for a cookbook that hasn't been recipe tested! Shame on you Molly O'Neil!

I believe wrapping it in wax paper keeps the cheese much fresher.
