Re:Hazelnut Waffles

I have made this recipe many times over the years. An excellent recipe. I use hazelnuts or almonds or a combination of both. I don't bother taking the skins off and it works just fine. They freeze well, you can take them out of the freezer individually and toast them in the toaster oven - my daughter loves them! And guests love them too!

Re:New York-Style Cheesecake with Cranberry-Cointreau Sauce

This is my go to cheese cake recipe. It is great for a crowd. Always a hit with guests. I make it with frozen strawberries from the season for the topping. And I let people put their fruit on top instead of putting it on top in advance. Very rich a delicious!

Re:Summer Fruit Cobbler

I have made this many times. The way the butter crisps on the edges is the best. Serve it warm with ice cream and it will be gone in no time. A family favourite!

Re:Warm Chocolate-Nut Brownie

This is a great recipe if you need something in a pinch. Takes 1/2 hour to make including baking time. No mixers required not soft butter. Just an easy go to recipe that my family loves. I put mini M&M's on the top instead of the nuts.

Re:Port Ganache-Glazed Brownies with Dried Cherries

A family favourite that is very decadent. If you love chocolate this is the recipe for you. I don't add the flavourings for the kids so I just make a straight ganache for the glaze. A wonderful recipe that is a winner every time.
