Re:Turkey Roulades with Fontina and Sage

So delicious! My mom said it was the best turkey dinner she'd ever had. A nice change from the typical bird. Since there's less fat, the reheated leftovers weren't great, but we didn't make it for the leftovers!

Re:Flaky Cheese Biscuits

Not sure what happened with Jean below, but these were fantastic flaky, buttery, cheesy goodness. And, for the record, no one vomited.

Re:Chocolate-Hazelnut Semifreddo

The writers are right. Better than ice cream and gelato. The people I served this to said it was the best dessert they had ever eaten, and they weren't exaggerating.

Quite easily the best meat dish I have ever cooked. Worth the price of the beef tenderloin!

Re:Chicken Braised with Red Wine Vinegar and Tomatoes

Absolutely delicious. I found it a little on the salty side, so I add 1/4 tsp of salt instead of the 1/2 tsp and season up from there. This has become a standby in our house!

Re:Molten Spiced Chocolate Cabernet Cakes

I've made these cakes on numerous occasions, and they are amazing! This is certainly not a low calorie dessert and they're very rich, but they always turn out perfectly and have just the right combination of chocolate and spices.
