Re:Sticky Toffee Pudding

I need 5 more stars. This recipe deserves at least a 10 - wow! I was skeptical that an American magazine could possibly recreate the decadent magic that is Sticky Toffee and come even close to those I've had in England, but you did! This is even better than the best I've had across the pond. (I doubled the sauce and added some salt to the sauce to give it more depth, but otherwise found this incredible!!)

Re:Olive-Oil-Braised Leeks with Thyme

No matter how many leeks I use, there are never enough to last until dinner. As soon as these come out of the oven I can't stop "sampling" them. And then they're gone! Love, love, LOVE this recipe!

Re:Seared Scallops with Pea Purée, Crisp Pancetta & Gremolata

Excellent and easy!! Used frozen peas and frozen Archer Farms scallops, along with some thicker-sliced pancetta in addition to very thinly-sliced prosciutto, since it's what I had on hand. The prosciutto baked up really crisp. Great meal!! Posted a photo and a link on my Facebook page :-)
