Re:Turkey, Escarole, and White Bean Soup with Cheesy Croutons

this was a very easy recipe to make and made the whole house smell wonderful. It was not an intricately flavored soup and instead reminded me of a good, soothing home cooked soup like mom used to make.

Re:Sweet-Tea Brined Chicken

Another score from Fine Cooking! I really had some reservations about this recipe because I wasn't sure about sweet-tea and brine but WOW was the chicken moist, juicy, tasty....even my teenager said it was a keeper. We didn't try it with the okra and cornbread because we didn't have enough time to make the whole meal but the chicken was awesome

Re:Tuscan Grain Bowl with Grilled Chicken and Broccolini

we followed this recipe exactly and my husband and I really, really enjoyed it! A keeper in our books. The farro was the perfect grain for this and the garlic slivers on top with the glaze just really added to the entire dish. We will be making this again

Re:Peruvian Quinoa Bowl with Grilled Steak and Vegetables

we really enjoyed this recipe - we grilled all the veggies and the steak and followed the recipe's directions without any changes other than we couldn't find micro-greens so left them out. Had great, simple flavors with the ponzu/olive oil dressing. Will definitely make this one again

Re:Plum, Ginger, and Poppy Seed Galette

this was really pretty easy to make and made the kitchen smell wonderful while it was baking. I followed the recipe and everything baked well. We served it with vanilla ice-cream and my husband said he really enjoyed it and that it reminded him of "fall"

Re:Braised Chicken Thighs with Savory Marinated Peaches

Hubby said that was a keeper. There are a large number of steps to have to take and we made a huge mess in the kitchen but once everything was done, the dish was wonderful. We would use a little less tarragon next time - we felt the tarragon overpowered it just a bit. This was a good solid 4 dish - highly recommend!

Re:Roasted Pork Loin with Maple-Mustard Crust

this was an incredibly easy recipe to make! We let the pork marinade overnight and it was so tender and moist. We served it along with roasted fingerling potatoes - husband said this is a serious keeper

Re:Pork Stir-Fry with Baby Bok Choy and Cashews

My husband said this one was a keeper. The pork tenderloin was perfect in this recipe and I highly recommend doubling the baby bok choy. We followed the recipe exactly was written and it was incredibly flavorful and really easy to make.

Re:Maple-Glazed Roast Chicken

we were disappointed in this dish. The cost was really high and we had hoped that the flavor would really shine through. When it was done cooking, sadly we could not really taste any of the ingredients we had spent so much money on...this one is not a keeper for us

Re:Sour Cherry & Walnut Scones

My 10 year old and I made these tonight and they were SO easy and incredibly delicious!!! We used a scone pan instead of using a cookie pan and they came out perfectly. Wonderful recipe!
