While the potatoes were good because of the herbs, the lemon flavor was not prominent enough to stand out. I also had to cook the potatoes about 15 to 20 minutes longer for them to get browned and tender.

Wow, these are AMAZING. They are crispy and tangy with a perfect hint of Rosemary. Followed recipe as is, and served them with baked salmon and roasted green beans.

Re:Red-Wine Marinated Braised Short Ribs

These were very good, but not as powerful in flavor as I expected. This could have been because I didn't brown the ribs long enough on each side, or, because I didn't quite put enough love into the spice pouch. They were a hit at the table, and I would be willing to make again. Although there are other short rib braises I will make in the meantime.

These were the best carrots I've ever had! I cooked them less then the 8 minutes it called for in order to keep them kind of crispy. In order to do this I had to use about a 1/2 cup of the chicken stock. These were a big hit at the dinner table...almost the starring dish!

The dish was very easy to make; however, I felt it was lacking something. Next time I make it I might had a bit of herbs to the sauce. Overall, it was a crowd pleaser.

I had been searching for so long for the perfect tomato bisque- my search is over, this is it! The only thing I would do differently next time is add a little less honey. It was just a little too sweet the first time I made it.

We loved the flavor of this dish, however, after baking it for 15 minutes it became a little dry. I would bake for less time or cover it for most of the baking time in order to keep it moist. All in all, it was a crowd pleaser
