Very tasty, everyone loved it! Did not need the additional 2T of butter after boiling off the water and added only 1T of oil to the dressing as the potatoes seemed coated after boiling in the 2T butter and water. Don't forget to brown the potatoes a bit before putting together the salad. I would make it again and try without the escarole as that's the way the kids liked it best.

Followed recipe and loved it! So delicious. Only change was to use dried beans instead of canned. Soaked overnight and boiled with some rosemary and bay leaves.

Absolutely delicious. It makes just a little sauce and I like more so added a cup of chicken broth, then reduced again and added the heavy cream. Mmmm

Excellent pie crust recipe. Easy to put together and work with. Used the flat kitchen towel to roll out for the first time which was great - easier to roll out and transfer to pie dish. I think that using the egg wash on the crust prior to filling helped prevent the soggy bottom pie crust that plagues my fruit pies!

Absolutely loved this recipe for both pie and crust. The only change I made was to use Spy apples and it was delicious. Found that brushing the crust with the egg white prevented the usual soggy bottom crust so well worth it. Have tried many different recipes for both pie and crust...this is my new favourite.

Re:Greek-Spiced Lamb Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Surprisingly our toddlers enjoyed this and we did too! Came together in under an hour and tasted quite rich and delicious. Only change was to use a can of crushed tomatoes instead of the sauce. Served with rice and a green salad. mmmm

Delicious! I didn't make the pan sauce because the marinade had thickened up to a good consistency while the chicken cooked.
