Re:Dark Chocolate Soufflé Cakes with Espresso-Chocolate Sauce

I have made these twice now and both times they have been a huge hit. Not too difficult to make and the end result is definitely worth the effort. Read more here http://wp.me/p12JSw-8S

Re:Summer Corn Soup

I can't say enough good things about this recipe. So worth the effort. See pictures and info about pairing with wine herehttp://gustatorydelight.wordpress.com/2011/08/17/cream-butter-chardonnay/

Re:Tuscan Grilled Chicken, Sausage & Sage Skewers

Very good. Enjoyed the prominent sage flavor. I don't recommend putting different products onto one skewer though. I alternated sage and a single meat on each skewer and they came out great. Re:Classic Cheesecake

Love this recipe. So easy and the end result is delish. I recently adapted it for individual servings with a cheesecake pan so that I could offer it to guests as part of a dessert trio. Very impressive - check out the pics here http://gustatorydelight.wordpress.com/2011/06/22/couples-wine-night-the-grand-finale/

Re:Classic Potato Gratin

I have made this recipe several times and always enjoyed it. Most recently I adapted it to individual servings using a muffin tin - worked beautifully. The gratin is definitely best served mildly warm so let it cool quite a bit before serving. See my individual servings here http://gustatorydelight.wordpress.com/2011/06/19/couples-wine-night-the-main-course/

Re:Beef Tenderloin with Rosemary and Chocolate

Made this chocolate sauce to pair with a different tenderloin recipe and it was outstanding. My dinner guests were thoroughly impressed with a chocolate sauce for the main course! Salt liberally to cut the bitterness of the chocolate. You can read more about my experience with this sauce here http://gustatorydelight.wordpress.com/2011/06/19/couples-wine-night-the-main-course/

Re:Grilled Fish Tacos

Made this with some fresh Mahi Mahi that we got off the NC coast. Super delicious. The lime-cilantro sour cream was phenomenal. Read more including pictures here http://gustatorydelight.wordpress.com/2011/06/09/fresh-fish-anyone-i-mean-really-fresh-fish/

Re:Brown Butter Pumpkin Layer Cake

Made this four times this past Fall. So excellent! I don't have a big sweet tooth but the brown butter flavor in this cake made me want to eat the entire thing myself! Even made it for a dessert buffet party I had. Hear more about it here http://gustatorydelight.wordpress.com/2011/05/25/a-dessert-buffet-fit-for-a-mom-to-be/

Re:Hot Chocolate Layer Cake with Homemade Marshmallows

What a showstopper. This cake is worth making just for the reaction from your audience. An excellent recipe that isn't as daunting as it seems if you break it down over a few days.
