Re:Sear-Roasted Chicken with Orange-Tarragon Sauce

Having a whole chicken on hand, I decided to give this recipe a go for my family. It was wonderful! The orange-tarragon flavors works very well together and my family loved it. Our dish consisted of all the parts of our fabricated chicken; seared, roasted for 20 minutes and served with sauteed kale. Outstanding! Thank you for sharing.

Re:Bratwurst with Apple-Onion Relish

This sandwich is fun and filling. It's fun to make and once constructed, it is very filling. However, we (my two teens and I) concur that it lacks a little something. It is good, but just not that, "Oh my gosh, this is amazing," good. We will probably make this again, but our collective opinion musters only three stars. Thank you for sharing!

This dish was absolutely outstanding! I was careful to buy a quality whole grain mustard and it was well worth it. The "cutlets" I used were turkey breast tenderloins sliced and pounded as instructed. The dish was prepared as written and was excellent. Thank you for another excellent recipe FC.

Re:Pork Medallions with Chickpeas and Cabbage

Being a lover of pork tenderloins (especially prepared as medallions), I really enjoyed this. I used canned chickpeas and their juice due to time constraints and the dish turned out great. I would like to make it with home prepared chickpeas though and will do so next time. I prepared this for myself and two teenage kids and there was plenty. In fact, someone will be eating some leftovers. Something that will definitely be part of our weekly dinner rotation. Very good dish! Thank you for sharing!

This was absolutely outstanding! The sauce absolutely packs tons of flavor. The kids and I have a flank steak recipe that is great however, it often times turns out a little too spicy for the kids (Dad likes the spice! lol). This one, although completely different, fills that gap, if you will, perfectly! Take the time and attention to make the sauce correctly (sufficiently reduced) and you will be finely rewarded! Re:Butternut Squash Soup with Apple & Bacon

Having recently made a Butternut Squash soup from another recipe, I thought I'd try this one since it seemed to be somewhat of a different combination. The results were not good. There wasn't that beautiful vibrant orange color and the bacon grease seemed to be the underlying flavor and texture - and I only used six slices of bacon. There was a quite, invisible greasiness to the soup. Although the apple is evident and adds a nice tang at the end, overall the soup was not very good. Grateful to have had the opportunity to try but will not be making this again. Thank you nonetheless, for sharing the recipe.

Straightforward, simple and outstanding taste! Definitely a great go to chili recipe that I will use many times over. The avocado, onion mixture tossed in lime really brings this bowl of spicy goodness together. Outstanding! Thank you!

I made this chowder this weekend for my kids and I and found it to be very flavorful and simple to prepare. This recipe, as has been mentioned, is a great base for a variety of seafood/shellfish choices. We will definitely be making this again. Thank you!
