This is bars rather than cookies but since this came out great, I would like to post this recipe. Full of grazed pecan nuts on top.
Cream cheese cookie base and orange jam and pecan chips filling.Roll cookie dough up and bake.
Easy to prepare. Just mix all ingredients and bake. Cruncy texture and rich flavor of olive oil. Honey and sesame seeds enhance the flavor too.
