Re:Cannellini Beans with Lemon, Roasted Red Peppers, and Bacon

This dish is amazingtasty, quick to make, and super cheap. As a former vegan, I am always looking for a good, filling bean dish. Since bacon makes everything tastier-remember 'former' vegan-I usually make about 6 strips of it. I also majorly increased the amount of garlic (at least 1/2 a head) and probably doubled the amount of rosemary and lemon. This dish can serve as the main entree and easily fill one up.

Re:Angel Hair Pasta with Lemon Cream Sauce

This recipe is definitely worth a try since it is tasty and super quick to make. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 was that the gin overpowered the dish (and, wine aside, I'm personally not a fan of the taste of liquor in food). Next time I plan on cutting the amount of gin in half or substitute white wine.

Re:Grilled Skirt Steak with Quick Romesco Sauce

A quick and easy super rich side sauce for steak or chicken. I used a vitamix to combine and upped the number of garlic cloves to 5 or 6. Note: when kept uncovered at room temperature the sauce developed a skin. Cover with plastic wrapas you would a puddingto prevent the skin from forming.

Re:Peas with Lemon, Mint, and Scallions

Wonderful side dish. I subbed cilantro for mint and used petite peas. You could even go a little less on the heavy cream and it would be just as good.
