Re:Summer Corn Soup

Delicious. I put the puree through a chinois before adding the whole kernels and solids back in.

Re:Triple-Berry Bread Pudding

Delicious. I think this will be my new basic bread pudding recipe. I mashed the berries a bit with some lemon zest before mixing them in. I look forward to trying some variations.

Re:Pork Braised in Banana Leaves with Manchamantel Sauce

This recipe worked well. We made soft corn tacos with cilantro, lime and queso fresco, which we enjoyed. The sauce was well balanced but a little on the sweet side for our taste. I may make it again and serve the braised pork without the sauce. It was delicious at that stage.

Re:Dark Chocolate Crackles

Delicious, but it's very important not to cook them too long, so they're soft inside. I had some luck using 1/4 c. less flour (did not have a scale, and maybe that was the problem,) and also liked a variation with coconut instead of orange zest.
